About

Ross McKelvey ARPS DPAGB

I have been interested in photography for longer than I care to remember, but only started taking it seriously when I joined BPIC Camera Club in Belfast approximately 10 years ago. I have been Chairman for the last 3 years, and have just seen the Club officially become Northern Ireland's Number 1 Camera Club!

I can teach photoshop (using CS5) and can also teach studio lighting and off-camera flash - either one-on-one or to small groups.

2010/11 was my most successful season in competitive photography, with 5 NIPA Starred images including 3 Firsts, a PAGB Gold Medal, a PAGB Bronze Medal, a PAGB Silver Medal, a PAGB Ribbon, and the Lionel Salem Trophy for top mono print in the NIPA Exhibition at Waterfront Hall, March 2011.
BPIC winning the Top Club in Northern Ireland was the icing on the cake!
